We are looking for new team members for software development at the Burghausen site. While part of the German economy is idle and many companies are registering short-time work, New Solutions GmbH in Burghausen is still on course: “We currently see no need to restrict our company activities. With it, the company generally protects itself against risks, including acute emergencies, as part of its ISO 27001 certification. Relevant business information and processes are available around the clock in the cloud and are known to everyone in the team. The management was able to implement their emergency planning early and without friction losses: “Even before the official exit restrictions in Bavaria, we restricted business trips, provided disinfectants and masks for the employees and recommended mobile work,” reports Grabmaier. The team has been working remotely since mid-March, apart from some system-relevant activities in production-related areas. “The protection of our employees is also part of successful business continuity planning,” adds Grabmaier.
