Burghausen, March 28, 2018 – New Solutions GmbH, a medium-sized provider of software solutions for the digitization of business processes on the “shop floor”, has significantly expanded the options for electronic data exchange with its standard Checkware program: The checklist software can now not only be used connect any data systems. Users can also integrate significantly more master data into their electronic checklists than before. In addition: The app version is now also available in the Windows Store.

Connection to any data system

With the new Checkware Connector module, the checklist program can now be connected to any data system, including SAP / ERP systems, manufacturing execution systems (MES) and quality management (QM) systems. The Checkware Connector supports functions such as requesting data, initiating workflows, transferring data to other systems, etc. Advantage for users: Information can now be integrated directly from other systems with a click of the mouse or a finger tip. Before that, they had to be built into the checklist, for example, or entered by hand when filling out.

Synchronize and select more master data

Additional systems also mean more data. That is why New Solutions has expanded the selection and synchronization options of its electronic checklists. Users can now, for example, synchronize order numbers, product names or batch numbers with the systems mentioned.

Additional form elements

Since users usually create forms and checklists themselves, the Checkware Designer has also been expanded. The new version is not only clearer and almost self-explanatory, but also offers more formatting options so that users can make their checklists more appealing. The required form elements can be placed in the worksheet by “drag and drop” and optimized for different device sizes.

App version now also in the Windows Store

Checkware is also optimized for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. With the app version, users can fill out their digital checklists both online and offline on their smartphone or tablet PC. A new version of the Checkware App 4.0 is now also available in the Windows Store. Until now, users could only download them free of charge from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Interested parties can also test a free demo version of the app there.
